In this workshop, we will discus the impact of perimenopause and menopause on pelvic health and treatments available. We will cover Pelvic tissue & strength changes Prolapse Sexual health Bladder and bowel health You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what’s happening in your body and practical options to support your health, function, and confidence.
About Dr. Elizabeth Lauten, PT, DPT, CDN Dr. Elizabeth Lauten is a pelvic and orthopedic physical therapist specializing in female pelvic health, perinatal care, and supporting female athletes across all stages of life. She provides one-on-one, hour-long sessions using a comprehensive, whole-body approach tailored to each client’s goals. Her treatment blends hands-on therapy, movement-based care, and education to help clients return to the activities they love with confidence. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in 2019 and has advanced training in visceral fascial mobilization, dry needling (including pelvic floor), blood flow restriction, and Olympic weightlifting (USAW L1).
