She provides one-on-one\, hour-long sessions using a comprehensive\, whole-body approach tailored to each client's goals. Her treatment blends hands-on therapy\, movement-based care\, and education to help clients return to the activities they love with confidence. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Woman's University in 2019 and has advanced training in visceral fascial mobilization\, dry needling (including pelvic floor)\, blood flow restriction\, and Olympic weightlifting (USAW L1).
