Dear Employer/Agency:

South Puget Sound Community College’s (SPSCC) WSECU Center for Career Services is excited to invite your participation in our Annual Career Day on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., in the SPSCC Health & Wellness Center (Building 31)!

This event will host numerous employers and agencies to promote their career opportunities to our students, alumni, and community members in a variety of career pathways.

To register for the Annual Career Day 2023, please follow the “Annual Career Day 2023” Registration Instructions through Handshake.

The employer registration fee will be $90 for non-profit and $140 for public/state government/educational organizations. No exceptions/waivers for this required fee. Registration and payment must be completed by May 1st, unless special arrangements have been made in advance.

     •Fee includes: a 6’ table, two chairs, lunch, beverages, and assorted snacks for two (2) recruiters

     •One additional recruiter may attend for an extra fee of $20

     •Payment with via card or check can be made through our Foundation Office, more information sent to those who register. *There is an additional processing fee of 5%.

     •Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive an email confirmation with payment instructions, lunch choice, and event maps.

Sponsorships: Event sponsorships are available at varying levels. All sponsors will be provided a certificate on their table and noted on electronic and printed Sponsorship Boards during the event.

     •Gold Sponsor = $425 (includes Bronze package + best table location + logo on all promotional items + reserved table for our Fall Hiring Event.)

     •Silver Sponsor = $300 (includes Bronze package + premium table location + logo on all promotional items.)

     •Bronze Sponsor = $175 (includes registration fee + special thanks in event program.)

We highly encourage all employers to stay for the entire duration of the fair as your presence would be beneficial for students, alumni, and community members.
