Thurston County Chamber Hosts Forum on Regional Mental Health Trends, Solutions and Supports
You're invited to join South Sound Behavioral hospital and the Thurston County Chamber at March's forum addressing the pressing issue of mental health on Wednesday, March 13 at the Norman Worthington Center at Saint Martin's University, this event will run from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
With an esteemed speaking panel of mental health community leaders and experts, attendees will delve into the core of the issue of Mental Health Matters: Trends, Solutions, and Supports. The Forum promises an insightful exploration of various aspects, including:
Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder: Mapping the Current Landscape
Trends in Mental Health: Understanding the Patterns
The Opioid Epidemic and its Community Ramifications
The Mental Health Crisis in Youth: A Growing Concern
In addition to the program, a mental health resource mini-expo will provide attendees the opportunity to meet with organizations committed to providing resources to our community.
