Valentine's Day Card Drive

Senior Helpers along with Envision Hospice is inviting you to spread some love this year!

Winter months—and holidays like Valentine’s Day—can be especially difficult for senior citizens who may feel isolated, lonely, or are grieving the loss of a spouse, partner, friends, or family members. This free Valentine’s Card Making Event is designed to offer an opportunity for the community to give back to these seniors! Community members are invited to join us for a relaxed and supportive evening of card making, conversation, and community. Participants will create handmade Valentine’s cards to be collected by Sarah Katter with Senior Helpers She will then spend February 13th passing them out to seniors in our community at memory care facilities, Assisted Living Facilities, and more! Come help spread kindness while enjoying meaningful social interaction. No crafting experience is needed, and all supplies will be provided. Most importantly, this event is about being together, sharing stories, and reminding one another that no one is alone—especially during the winter months.
