Pacific Harbors Council Eagle Scout, Summit Award, & Quartermaster Recognition Event Each year, Pacific Harbors Council proudly honors the young people who have achieved Scouting’s highest ranks—Eagle Scout, Summit Award (Venturing), and Quartermaster (Sea Scouts). This special recognition event celebrates their dedication, leadership, and countless hours of service to our communities across the South Sound. Families, volunteers, community partners, and Scouting supporters are invited to join us as we recognize these remarkable youth and the mentors who helped guide them along the way. You can help ensure every Scout is able to attend this milestone celebration by sponsoring a Scout for only $150 per Scout. Sponsorships help cover the cost of the event, recognition materials, and keepsakes for our honorees.
