Future of Work Summit 2026: Lunch & Closing Keynote

Join the Thurston County Chamber for the lunch and closing keynote of the 2026 Future of Work Summit: Work, Redefined, featuring Jasmine Donovan, President and CEO of Dick’s Drive-In.This lunch-only ticket provides access to the Summit from 11:15 a.m.–1:30 p.m., including lunch, networking, and the closing keynote.

Dick’s Drive-In has spent decades investing in the people who power its success, with workforce practices centered around wages, healthcare, childcare support, scholarships, advancement opportunities, and a strong promote-from-within culture.

In her keynote, Donovan will explore a question facing employers across industries: What happens when we stop asking how to find better employees and start asking how to become better employers?

Attendees will hear practical perspective on recruitment, retention, advancement, workplace culture, and building long-term employee loyalty, with lessons that can apply to organizations of all sizes and industries.
