Join us for the December convening of the Business and Education Network (BEN) and an inside look at LOTT Clean Water Alliance and the careers that support clean water, utilities, environmental services, and public infrastructure. Please feel free to bring a guest attendee who may also be interested in this event!

Attendees will learn about the occupations, education pathways, and technical skills required to operate and maintain the systems that protect public health and the environment.

BEN Community Connections & Updates
There will also be an opportunity to briefly introduce yourself and share a little about your organization. Attendees are welcome to provide updates such as upcoming events, helpful resources, organizational news, collaboration opportunities, or requests for support that may benefit the broader BEN network and community.

The Business & Education Network connects leaders in business with education to better prepare students and create pathways to regional workforce opportunities. This team of people provides support and insight on industry needs of education, and support for the Business2Youth Connect initiatives involving education programs like Math for Life and Find Your Future.

At the Business and Education Network, we also routinely host “Employer Spotlights”. We will continue to invite local educators and businesses to join us and talk about the benefits of the industries that drive our region. We focus on the Career Pathways that the companies or industries offer, and what types of training are required. 

Join our meetings in person or virtually (when available): The Business and Education Network meets on the 2nd Friday of each month from 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM.
