Homebuyer Education Class

Description

This class will go over the ins and outs of the homebuying process. It will educate you on what it takes to get approved for a mortgage. We will also introduce you to all the players involved. (Lender, Realtor, Home inspector, Title and Escrow and homeowners insurance) When you are finished you will receive a certificate that may allow you to take advantage of the Washington State Housing Finance Commission down payment assistance programs.
