Find Your Future is a community career exploration event aimed to break down obstacles, barriers, and stigmas associated with employment and provide opportunities for career exploration for both students and adults of all ages.
Attention all businesses!
Are you looking for a chance to showcase your job opportunities and connect with potential employees? Look no further than Find Your Future! This one-day expo-style event, hosted by The Thurston County Chamber of Commerce, is the perfect opportunity for your company to display at least one job opportunity and participate in hands-on activities to showcase the diverse career pathways available in your industry.
This event welcomes families and individuals of all ages to come and explore different career opportunities and introduce them to a new or more fulfilling career. Meet with potential employees face-to-face in a less formal setting, provide inspiration for future careers, highlight current job opportunities, and help develop a talent pipeline for your industry.
The event will be held at the New Market Skills Center, where visitors can come and go throughout the day. An ongoing welcome video at the entrance will provide a warm greeting to attendees. Optional breakout sessions on finding education and apprenticeships will occur during set times in the auditorium for a more detailed orientation.
Don't miss the chance to connect with potential employees and showcase your company's occupational display booth. Come and explore the different opportunities available in your industry. Food will also be available for purchase during the event. Mark your calendar and join us for a day of inspiration and exploration.
