The Thurston County Chamber invite your to join us at the 2026 Boss of the Year Honorees, applauding leaders who exemplify innovation, communication, and excellence in the workplace.
Co-presented by Express Employment Professionals , this annual recognition celebrates exceptional bosses nominated by their own team members. As part of the selection process, students from Saint Martin’s University visited and interviewed the finalists, offering valuable insights that helped shape the final decisions.
