Owner Adriann Theis, ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), brings 12 years in Washington State government leadership and 4 years with federal subcontractors including designing statewide systems and leading agency-wide training for the One Washington/Workday project to work grounded in strengths-based, neuro-affirming principles. 

Vida also offers individual coaching and workshops on neurodiversity, burnout, and menopause in the workplace, helping organizations support the full range of their people.
