I am an International Coach Federation (ICF) PCC level certified executive leadership coach with 20+ years experience helping individuals and organizations develop and change.  I provide individual coaching, group coaching, facilitated team experiences, and organizational development consulting services.  I am an accomplished leader at the VP level with 16 years consulting experience.  I hold specialty certifications in executive coaching and in wellness and well-being coaching.  My experience combined with my qualifications make me uniquely suited to meet the needs of working professionals navigating uncertain, complex, and ambiguous times.
