Tony Taylor Inspires 

Tony served as a US Marine, worked as a Fire Captain with the Department of Defense as well as a Corporate Executive.

Tony relentlessly pursues his purpose in life. While working as an executive, Tony realized that his passion for leadership and service to people is what had been driving him his entire life. Not titles, money, or favor but the opportunity to make a difference in someone else’s life. One day after he had concluded giving a passionate speech to some employees at a company event.  Tony was approached by an employee who told him that he had saved her life. The worker was planning on quitting her job and had hinted that she had contemplated taking her life. He immediately thought that if he could use his voice to save this one person in this one instance, how many more people could he possibly help? Soon after he quit his job and pursued speaking full time.

Tony is now a highly requested Keynote Speaker.  Tony inspires audiences to meet the challenges of the world around them. He highlights the importance of believing in yourself and surviving at all costs.

His workshops mirror the many lessons Tony has garnered during his life’s endeavors. He teaches leading with compassion and obtaining set goals without compromising others. Tony’s current workshops are helping people around the world. He is helping emerging leaders and entrepreneurs master their fear of public speaking to achieve their goals of serving people and telling their brands story.  Everyone has a voice, and it should be heard!  Tony is changing lives!

Hey, this is Tony Taylor, I am the host of Leaders Lead the Podcast! I’m also a professional speaker and trainer focused on helping emerging leaders overcome their fear of public speaking. I’m excited that you've made the decision to share space with this community.

Have you ever wondered, how is that person or company so great?

During our 45-minute show, we get to the bottom of it! Leaders Lead was created out of curiosity. During the pandemic, I started reaching out to industry leaders that inspired me to be great. I had no idea that these conversations would turn into mentorship sessions and that the recordings would eventually become a top 5% global podcast.

During the first season, I discovered a similarity between all our amazing guests. The commonality was that they had all overcome odds that most would say were impossible. During the show, we take a journey down some of the saddest roads taken.

Yes, there are tears during the show, and many are from me. I really get in my feelings when I see someone break out of their struggle to go on and become great. There is no hack or secret. They just never gave up! I know our community needs to be inspired. Heck, I need to be inspired! This show will not only inspire you, but we give you a tangible guide to follow.
