ABOVE Home Health is an Olympia-based, locally owned home care and private-duty nursing agency serving older adults, individuals with disabilities, and families throughout South Puget Sound. Since 2019, ABOVE has focused on making care at home more flexible and accessible through traditional ongoing care as well as NoMi™, our innovative short-visit option designed for people who need help without committing to long minimum visits.
Our team supports independence, safety, and quality of life through personal care, companionship, dementia-informed support, respite care, medication assistance, skilled nursing, and transitional support after hospitalization. Beyond the home, ABOVE is committed to strengthening community health through caregiver education, senior-resource outreach, health and wellness events, and collaboration with healthcare and community organizations. We believe exceptional care means not only supporting the person in front of us, but contributing to a healthier, more connected community for everyone.
