Thurston Chamber proudly unveils the 2024 Boss of the Year Honorees, celebrating exceptional leadership that sparks innovation, fosters communication, and drives outstanding performance in the workplace. Co-presented by Express Employment Professionals, this annual recognition applauds leaders nominated by their direct reports.

Saint Martin’s University students visited and interviewed the finalists, contributing insights that shaped the selection process.
