Leadership isn't necessarily about titles or accomplishments; it's about the impact you have on the people around you.

You're invited to join the Thurston Young Professionals for our next Moments with a Mentor discussion as we sit down with Sarah Ketter, Owner and Community Relations Coordinator of Senior Helpers, for an honest conversation about building a business rooted in compassion, purpose, and community.

   

Growing up in rural Pennsylvania, Sarah learned early the value of showing up for others. That foundation inspired her and her husband to open their own Senior Helpers franchise, where they have built a business dedicated to helping older adults maintain their independence with dignity. Along the way, Sarah has navigated entrepreneurship, led her team through the challenges of COVID, faced moments of self-doubt, and discovered that some of the strongest leaders are those willing to keep learning while serving others. 

During this interactive fireside chat, Sarah will share lessons on:

  • Leading with purpose and compassion
  • Building trust through authentic relationships
  • Growing confidence through action
  • Creating a career and legacy centered on serving your community
