The Thurston County Chamber proudly announces the 2025 Boss of the Year Honorees—leaders who exemplify innovation, communication, and excellence in the workplace. Co-presented by Express Employment Professionals, this annual recognition celebrates exceptional bosses nominated by their own team members.

As part of the selection process, students from Saint Martin’s University visited and interviewed the finalists, offering valuable insights that helped shape the final decisions.
